To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it is received. It must be unworn, unwashed free from body odor or fragrance. Beyond 30 days of purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received the returned item. You'll also be notified if your order is approval or rejected for a refund. What determines that is if the merchandise is unworn, free of odor and free of degradation.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to return your card.

We will accept back any item that is within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition.
